Arrive in Delhi. Overnight at the luxury 5-star Oberoi hotel.
September 23
Depart to Rishikesh after breakfast. Lunch en route. Arrive at ashram in late afternoon.
Ashram orientation, unpack. Dinner at ashram. Evening rest or walk on the Ganga.
September 24
"Unkink Yourself" morning yoga with Dr. Buegel. Brief guided meditation. Morning trip to
Vasistha Goofa cave, where the famous saint Vasistha meditated on the banks of the
Ganga. The cave has an incredible energy and is perfect for meditation. Lunch at ashram.
Indian tailors will arrive in the afternoon to take measurements for outfits-- this will be a
good time to get traditional India clothes made if you wish. Afternoon chai. Evening meditation teaching or visitation program.
September 25
Morning guided yoga and meditation. Trip to Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula with a walk
across their legendary rope bridges. Lunch at organic restaurant in Lakshman Jhula. We'll
participate in the powerful and legendary twilight aarti (prayer) and kirtan while sitting on
the banks of the Ganga in Ram Jhula. Dinner at ashram.
September 26
Morning yoga and guided meditation. Morning walk to Virbadra Temple for meditation.
Lunch at ashram. Afternoon free. Enjoy a trip and mini-tour of Swami Rama's hospital and medical college in Dehra Dun for the afternoon. Other options: take put-putties to Rishikesh to explore town, see shops, etc. Dinner at ashram. Evening free. Pack for Uttarkashi and Gangotri.
September 27
After breakfast, depart for Uttarkashi. Have lunch en route. Evening free to hike along the
Ganga. Dinner in Uttarkashi at hotel. Evening rest.
September 28
Breakfast at hotel. We'll spend the day visiting sacred and legendary sites, and acclimating
to the higher altitude. After breakfast visit Vishwanath and Shakti temple, and have a kirtan
at the Shakti temple. The Shakti Temple has a giant Trishul (spear) that is 6 meters height
and 90 cms at the bottom. Legends say that this Trishul was thrown at the devils by the
goddess Durga. So of course, we'll want to chant some of the goddess chants at kirtan in
this temple! We'll awaken all our dreams! Lunch at hotel. In the afternoon, we'll visit the
Kuteti Devi temple, another temple for the goddess, with good views of Uttarkashi. Dinner
at hotel. Evening rest, stroll through Uttarkashi.
September 29

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Nakuri (Village of Bachendri Pal), about 7 km from Uttarkashi.
From here we'll trek up to the Renuka Devi Temple. This secluded temple has incredible
energy, and we have had some wonderful and mystical experiences at this highly charged
location. We'll enjoy packed afternoon lunch at the temple, and we'll return to the hotel in
the evening for dinner.

September 30
Depart for Gangotri. We'll travel through incredible and lush green valley, journeying further
up into the Himalayas. En route, we'll stop by the hot water springs at Gangnani. There are
beautiful views and incredible energy in this area of the Himalayas. Enjoy the thundering
Ganga river as it courses through the rocky mountains of Gangotri. Gangotri's strong
mystical energy is powerful, palpable for anyone who enters the region. An unmistakable
spiritual aura permeates this area. Dinner at our beautiful thatched hut campus. Evening visit
to Gangotri temple.
October 1

Morning meditation in the forests of Gangotri. Breakfast on campus. We'll visit Swami
Rama's cave in Gangotri, where many mystical experiences have occurred, and enjoy a
silent meditation inside. There are many swami's and mystics living in this region, pursuing
spiritual practices, and it is literally overflowing with sacred energy. We'll have optional
pilgrimages to local areas and temples to explore that day. Gangotri is an ideal location for
meditation and soaking up all the sacred vibrations. Plenty of vistas to see and high energy
to enjoy! Dinner and overnight at our picturesque Gangotri campus.

October 2
Trek to Bhogwasa - horses. Incredible vistas of the grand Himalayas and snow peaks. Gangotri - Bhojwassa (Trek/ 14 kms/ 5-6 hrs)
October 3
Bhojwassa - Gaumukh - Bhojwassa (Trek/ 8 kms/ 5-6 hrs)
October 4
Bhojwassa - Gangotri (Trek/ 14 kms/ 5-6 hrs)
October 5
Gangotri -  Uttarkashi (Drive/ 4-5 hrs) Early breakfast on campus. Depart for Uttarkashi. Evening meal in Uttarkashi and rest.
October 6
Early breakfast at hotel. Depart for Rishikesh at 8am. Evening rest. Uttarkashi - Rishikesh (Drive/ 6-7 hrs)
October 7
Morning yoga and meditation. Free day in Rishikesh. Participants are free to rest or to make their own schedule for such options as:
- Day trip to Dehra Dun for trip to beautiful Buddhist temple and lunch at President's Hotel - Ayurvedic treatments at Himalayan Institute Hospital Trust Ayurvedic treatments
(available to participants with advance reservations)
Dinner and overnight at ashram. Pack for Delhi in evening.
October 8
Morning yoga and meditation. Visit Dehra Dun for delicious lunch at President's Hotel
and trip to beautiful Buddhist temple. Return to ashram for dinner. Pack for Delhi in
evening.
October 9
Depart for Delhi after breakfast. Lunch at Cheetal Grand. Check into luxury 5-star Oberoi
hotel and enjoy and evening meal together.
October 10

OPTION ONE: Early morning departure to Taj Mahal. Experience one of the renowned Seven Wonders of the World in its full glory! Return to Delhi for evening meal at Oberoi Hotel.
OPTION TWO: Free day for lots of great India shopping! We'll provide transportation from the hotel to the government shops, where you can find incredible Indian items, and all for great prices (and at this giant museum-like location, you don't have to haggle for prices either!). Return to hotel by mid-afternoon to shower and rest, and we'll have our final bon voyage evening meal together. Head to the airport after dinner.

October 11
Depart for US very early in the morning. Arrive in US the same day (due to time zone
differences)!
